Refund policy

Screen Buys LLC — Refund & Returns Policy Effective Date: August 7, 2026

All Sales Are Final All purchases made on screenbuys.com are final sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us at screenbuys@gmail.com within 7 days of the carrier's confirmed delivery timestamp. Your email must include your order number and clear photo or video evidence of the damage or defect. Claims submitted after 7 days or without supporting evidence cannot be reviewed.

Wrong Item Received If you received an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item received. We will arrange a resolution at no cost to you.

Lost Packages If tracking confirms delivery but you did not receive your package, please first check with neighbors and building management. Contact us within 7 days of the delivery timestamp and we will open a carrier investigation. Screen Buys LLC is not liable for packages confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Address Errors We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout. No refunds or replacements will be issued for address errors made by the customer.

EU & UK Customers In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, EU and UK customers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery. To exercise this right, contact screenbuys@gmail.com within 14 days. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Claims of defect are subject to the same evidence requirements outlined above.

Chargebacks We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute, as most issues can be resolved quickly. We maintain detailed records of all transactions, tracking data, and communications, which are submitted in full during any dispute process.
